By using our extensive knowledge we can help by saving you both time and money and taking away some of the stress relating to buying a house or changing your mortgage.
For mortgage advice we usually charge a fee of £495 and for Equity Release advice we usually charge a fee of £595. These fees are payable when the mortgage Offer is issued. We do not USUALLY* charge a fee if the mortgage or Equity Release does not go ahead.
